Raymond Blanc curated a culinary extravaganza by inviting 50 world-class chefs to cook, live, for 1000 guests in the beautiful Old Billingsgate Market overlooking the River Thames.
The design was inspired by the fresh produce chosen by the chefs to create their masterpieces, with each small dining area becoming a garden on a real turf lawn.
